Come prepared to share what is changing, where you need ongoing guidance, and what your team continues to own. That may involve product or customer changes, AI use, emerging requirements, decisions, or readiness gaps that need regular review.
If there’s a fit, we’ll talk about the type of advisory support that would make sense and how that involvement could work over time. If there isn’t, we’ll be clear about that too.
