How we engage

Different ways to work together, depending on what you need

What we work on and how we work together are separate. Depending on your goal, that may mean assessing where things stand, implementing what is needed, supporting a specific event or requirement, or providing ongoing advisory.

How it fits together

Start with the service, then shape the work

  1. 01

    Start with the service

Enterprise Customer Readiness, AI Product Readiness, or both.

  2. 02

    Define what needs attention

Identify the capability areas that matter based on your goal, current environment, and what is already in place.

  3. 03

    Decide how we work together

Assess, Implement, Support, or Advise depending on the type of help required.

  4. 04

    Choose the right starting point

Some needs have a defined starting point, such as the Readiness Assessment or Targeted Readiness Support. Others are scoped around the situation.

These are the decisions to make, not a required path.

Engagement models

Four ways to work together

The right engagement depends on the type of help you need. That may mean understanding what should change, implementing identified gaps, getting help through a specific event, or having ongoing guidance as things evolve. There is no required sequence.

Assess

Understand where you stand and what needs to change.

Assess is the right fit when you know there is a readiness need but do not yet have a clear view of the gaps, priorities, or next steps.

Typical outcomes may include:

  • Current-state assessment
  • Gap identification
  • Prioritized findings
  • Roadmap or implementation plan

Available offer

Readiness Assessment

Implement

Put the required capability, operating practice, governance, control, or supporting tool in place.

Implementation usually follows an assessment or another clear understanding of what needs to change.

The work may include:

  • Designing the solution
  • Defining roles and responsibilities
  • Creating or strengthening operating practices
  • Implementing governance, controls, or supporting tools

How it’s scoped

Scoped based on your situation

Support

Help through a specific event, requirement, or deadline.

Support is the right fit when you already know what is happening and need experienced help through a defined situation.

Examples may include:

  • Enterprise customer due diligence
  • Certification or audit readiness
  • AI product launch readiness
  • A specific customer or regulatory requirement

Available offer

Targeted Readiness Support

Advise

Provide ongoing strategic and operational guidance as your product, customers, AI use, and requirements evolve.

Your team continues to own and operate the capability while Build to Hold stays involved over time.

Typical advisory support may include:

  • Reviewing changes
  • Challenging gaps
  • Supporting decisions
  • Identifying emerging readiness needs

Not sure where to start?

Some situations call for an assessment. Others need implementation, focused support, or ongoing advisory. A short conversation can help determine what makes sense for your situation.
